We are on a 2-year mission to circumnavigate Australia, turning empty spaces into vibrant community hubs, one town at a time.
The Vision of Maintaining Eden is a nomadic social enterprise. We travel clockwise around Australia, partnering with local communities services to share profits with those in need.
We set up our 50sqm Bell Tent, brew single-origin coffee, and create a sanctuary for families to connect. Then, after a season, we pack up and move to the next town, leaving behind a financial legacy for the local community.
Community Dividend
We believe that businesses should bless the towns they visit. That’s why we pay a Community Dividend.
In every location, we commit 5% of our Gross Turnover directly back into the local support ecosystem:
2.5% to the Host: Helping to restore heritage buildings, maintain gardens, or fund community projects.
2.5% to Local Relief: Direct funding for the essential services (like food vans) that support the vulnerable in that specific region.

Food That Gives Back
Maintaining Eden is a for-purpose food truck built around the belief that good food should be accessible to everyone. Every meal we serve helps fund free food and shared meals for people in our community who are doing it tough.
Food is more than fuel.
It creates safety, dignity, and a sense of belonging.
Pay It Forward
Our model allows customers to pay it forward, helping cover the cost of meals for someone else. It’s a simple way to turn everyday choices into practical support for those who need it most.
Alongside our regular service, we host community nights where meals are shared freely. These nights are about connection, warmth, and creating spaces where people feel welcome.
The Problem We’re Responding To
Food insecurity exists in our communities, often hidden in plain sight. People skip meals, rely on emergency food, or go without altogether.
At the same time, hospitality creates abundance every day.
Maintaining Eden exists to bridge that gap.
Where we operate
Maintaining Eden is a mobile food truck currently operating in the Northern Rivers region until March 2026. After March, we will be heading south as we make our way through local towns across Australia
